I became a member of VASTA in 2002 as a graduate student, and I find this organization professionally enriching. In the years since my last promotion, I have had the opportunity to perform and present as part of the yearly conference. In 2014, at the London Conference, I was invited to perform as part of a featured presentation titled: “Expanding the Vocal Palate Using Cross-Cultural Archetype Explorations" led by Janet Rodgers and Frankie Armstrong. In 2016 at the Chicago Conference, I performed a short section of Step Mama Drama, in the Identity Cabaret to help develop my solo-show in front of an audience. Below you will find descriptions of workshops that I presented in 2016 and 2019 at the annual VASTA Conference along with Peer Reviews of each presentation.
